inntel.co.uk Boarding/On-board • It is mandatory to wear a protective face covering for the duration of your journey unless you are exempt • Board the train at the relevant boarding zone indicated on your ticket • Observe social distancing and allow passengers to leave the train first • Sit in your allocated seat and do not change seats • If seat reservations do not apply on your route, please do not sit facing other passengers • Regularly sanitise hands during your journey • The on board ventilation system provides a continuing supply of fresh air, which limits droplet transmission between passengers and staff • All surfaces and toilets are cleaned throughout the journey and additional deep cleaning of high touch points • There will be a limited catering offering on board and contactless payment may be the only payment option available Leaving the Train • Leave the train via the closest door and be aware of other passengers leaving in order to keep a social distance • Don’t forget to take all of your personal belongings • Wash or sanitise your hands as soon as possible
